We learn your business. Then we build its system.

Sinau Studio builds landing pages, online stores and custom systems such as ERP and CMS for companies. We design each one around how your teams already work, and you own the source code.

  • You own the source code
  • No per-user licence fees
  • Based in Solo, working across Indonesia

Diagram: your website, online store and marketplace connect to one core system, which feeds inventory, finance, shipping, and HR and payroll. Each order reaches inventory, finance and shipping without being retyped.

si·nau Javanese, verb to learn

Before we write code, we sit with the people who'll use it.

We start where the work happens: the warehouse, the finance desk, the admissions office. We map how a document moves, who approves it and where it gets retyped, before we design a single screen.

  1. Learn first

We map your real process, including the workarounds that live in spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups, before we propose anything.

  2. Fits your process

The system follows your approval chains, document numbering and report formats. Your team keeps doing its job the way it knows.

  3. Yours to keep

You get the source code, the database and the documentation. There are no per-user licence fees as you add staff.

What we build.

One team for your website, your online store and the systems behind them. Start with one project, or connect them all.

ERP

Finance, inventory, purchasing and sales on one database.

  • General ledger
  • AR / AP
  • Multi-warehouse stock
  • Stock opname
  • PO approvals
  • e-Faktur-ready invoices
  • Sales orders

Landing pages & websites

Campaign pages and company profiles built for phones first, with tracking set up for your ads.

CMS & portals

Intranets, member areas and self-service portals, with content your staff update themselves.

HR & payroll

Attendance, leave and payroll with BPJS and PPh 21 built in, plus a self-service app for employees.

Sales & CRM

Leads, quotations, sales orders and customer history in one place, with targets per salesperson.

Integrations

We connect what you already run, from SAP, Odoo and Accurate to bank host-to-host and marketplaces, so nobody types the same data twice.

Online stores

Your own store with Indonesian payment methods. Orders flow into your stock and finance, so nobody retypes them.

  • Product catalogue
  • Checkout
  • QRIS & virtual accounts
  • Shipping rates
  • Marketplace stock sync
  • Order dashboard

AI automation & dashboards

AI reads documents and fills in forms. Management sees live numbers without waiting for month-end reports.

When custom is worth it, and when it isn't.

01

Packaged suites come with their own way of working

SAP and similar suites ship with preconfigured processes. If your company already works that way, they're a good fit. If it doesn't, you pay for customisation on top of the licence.

02

A custom system starts from your process

You pay for the build, then for the support you choose. Adding users costs nothing, and you decide what changes next.

If an off-the-shelf tool already fits, we'll say so. Sometimes the right job is a small integration.

How a project runs.

  1. 01

    Learn

Workshops and floor visits with the people who'll use the system. You get a process map and a scoped proposal with price and timeline.

  2. 02

    Design

Clickable prototypes your team tests before we build. Changes cost least at this stage, so this is where we make them.

  3. 03

    Build

Short sprints, each ending with a working demo you can click through.

  4. 04

    Run

Data migration, staff training and go-live.

  5. 05

    Maintain

Fixes, updates and new features as your business changes, under the support plan you choose.

Questions before you start.

How much does a custom system cost?

It depends on scope. After the first workshops we send a proposal with a price and timeline, and you decide from there.

How long does a project take?

A landing page or a single module can go live in weeks. A full ERP takes months, so we roll it out in phases and your team starts using parts of it early.

Do you build websites and online stores too?

Yes. We build landing pages, company websites and online stores. If you also run an ERP or stock system, we connect the store to it so orders don't get retyped.

Who owns the code?

You do. We hand over the source code, the database and the documentation. If you later move to an in-house team or another vendor, you take everything with you.

Can it work with SAP, Odoo or Accurate?

Yes. If you're keeping part of your current stack, we build the integration so data moves between systems automatically.

What happens after go-live?

We stay on for support and maintenance: fixes, updates and new features as your business changes.

Do you only work with companies in Solo?

We're based in Solo and work with companies across Indonesia. Workshops and go-live happen on-site, the rest remotely.

Tell us what slows your team down.

We'll ask questions first, then come back with a plan.
